Dr. Paul Beyt grew up around dentistry. He is a third-generation dentist. Dr. Paul's great-grandfather, Dr. Durand Fournet, started the family practice in St. Martinville in 1923 and Dr. Paul's father, Dr. Gerard Beyt, started practicing in 1979. Dr. Paul feels blessed to continue his family's tradition of serving the community of St. Martinville.

Dr. Paul graduated from Catholic High School New Iberia Salutatorian, UL Lafayette Summa Cum Laude, and LSU School of Dentistry. Dr. Paul took a two-year residency program at LSU that furthered his education in advanced procedures such as wisdom teeth extraction, dental implants, root canals, and IV sedation. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing music, and being outdoors. Dr. Paul feels lucky to have two beautiful women in his life; his wife Paige and daughter Chloe.
